From Concept to Completion

Project Evaluation

Measure for Success

Our experienced evaluators apply their knowledge of a wide variety of evaluation methods and practices to help you select those that are most appropriate to your situation and goals. Evaluation plans and logic models can be developed to guide service delivery. Consultants are well-versed in both formative and summative evaluations and practice a utilization-focused philosophy.

Data collection instruments include surveys, focus groups, interviews, document review and other tools, both standardized and developed specifically to meet the needs of the project. Reporting can include monthly and quarterly updates and annual and final reports in presentation, dashboard, or written formats. Ongoing communication allows programmatic challenges to be addressed quickly and the agency to document its successes.

Looking for an instrument or facilitator for a small project? Carsel Consulting Group will develop a survey, run a focus group, interview key stakeholders, or set up an assessment system. Consultants are skilled at listening to the needs of the project and working with the client to develop processes that meet their needs.
